Your First Breath Underwater is an official PADI Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) experience designed for anyone curious about scuba diving, with no prior certification required. Under the direct supervision of a licensed PADI Instructor and assisted by a certified PADI Divemaster, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of scuba diving in a safe, controlled, and supportive environment. The experience focuses on comfort, awareness, and confidence—allowing you to safely experience what it feels like to breathe and move underwater for the first time. You’ll learn basic scuba equipment usage, essential safety rules, and simple underwater skills before entering the water. Throughout the dive, guidance is adapted to your individual pace, helping you understand your own comfort zone and build trust in the equipment, the environment, and yourself. All required scuba diving equipment is provided. Accommodation and travel are not included.
